Basic Dough Recipe


2 c. water (100 degrees)
½ c. sugar
2 Tbs. yeast
½ c. oil
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
5-6 c. flour


Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Let set about 5 minutes.  Add about 1 c. of flour, mix until smooth.  Continue adding 1 cup at a time until desired texture is reached.


Let rise until double in size.  


Punch down and prepare for rolls or loaf.


Let rise again.


Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
