Banana Bread
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbs butter
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
2 small bananas sliced
1 tbs vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts *optional
Blend and beat 2 minutes
